Cup Cake


Preparation:
- 3 eggs
- 60g sugar, 10g corn starch
- 45ml milk
- 60g flour

Cream:
- 150g whipping cream
- 30g sugar

Decoration:
- Strawberry



Cupcake Hokkaido xốp mềm đầy quyến rũ 1Step 1:
- Heat the oven at 165oC 

- Mix the yolks with 20g sugar.

- The the mixture until it turn into perfect yellow.

- Put corn starch and milk into the mixture and continously stir the mixture.

Cupcake Hokkaido xốp mềm đầy quyến rũ 3Step 3:
- Using the filter to spray the flour into the mixture.

Cupcake Hokkaido xốp mềm đầy quyến rũ 4Step 4:
- In different bowl, put in the white yolk and beat it until it is thickened.

- Put 1/3 the white yolk into the mixture and stir lightly.

- Then pour all the mixture into the white yolk.

- Pour all the mixture into cup mold.

- Put the mold inside the oven for 20 minutes

- Using the cream and pour on the cup cake. 
Then finishing touch with strawberry
